Since we were founded in 1983, we have grown strongly and profitably, making us today the leading listed real estate investor in Belgium, with a strong presence in the European market. Our shareholders are mainly private individuals and institutional investors from Belgium and abroad. Thanks to our prudent policies, they enjoy a moderate risk profile combined with a high dividend yield.

Our portfolio is currently worth over €3 billion - which makes us a major player in the European market - and includes properties located in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Over recent years, we have expanded through acquisition into new sectors, diversifying our asset base and focusing on long leases and properties with the potential to build residual value over the longer term.
