Cofinimmo is the leading listed Belgian real estate company specialising in rental property (offices, healthcare properties, corporate operating properties and public properties).

We are listed on Euronext Brussels and on Euronext Paris and are included in the BEL20 index. As a company, we also benefit from the Belgian fiscal Sicafi regime and the French SIIC regime. These statuses grant us exemption from corporate income tax on rental income and realised capital gains, a.o. in exchange for a complulsary profit distribution policy.
