The latest period for conversion of Cofinimmo preference shares into Cofinimmo ordinary shares has brought about a change in the composition of Cofinimmo’s capital.
In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces today having established a notification of shareholding in its own capital.
