Types of share

Cofinimmo's total capital comprises 14,802,825 shares without par value carrying one voting right at the General Shareholders' Meeting. This figure is divided up into:

  • 13,551,214 ordinary shares

COFB-blanc

Listed on the Euronext Brussels and Euronext Paris Stock Exchange (ticker COFB). Also included in the BEL20, Euronext 150 MSCI, plus EPRA Europe and GPR250 real estate indices.

 

  • 1,251,611 preference shares

COFP1-Black COFP2-Black

Listed on Euronext Brussels (tickers: COFP1 for the series issued on 30.04.2004 and COFP2 for the series issued on 26.05.2004).

Preference share conversion procedure

Preference shares are convertible into ordinary shares, in one or more tranches, at the option of their holders since 1 May 2009. Conversion is possible during the 10 final calendar days of each civil quarter. More details on the conversion procedure can be found in the following documents:
