Cofinimmo's extensive portfolio of properties is continuing to perform impressively. At 30.06.2012, our consolidated real estate portfolio reached
€ 3,257.4 million in fair value. More than 37% of our office portfolio is rented out to public sector organisations, a traditionally stable client base that supports our preference for a low-risk strategy that acknowledges recent global economic conditions.

Proportionately, as per 30.06.2012offices account for 47.2%, healthcare properties 34.9% and distribution property networks contributes 16.0%. The majority of our portfolio is located within Belgium. Those in other countries relate to the healthcare sector in France and to distribution networks in the Netherlands (the Dutch Pubstone portfolio) and in France (MAAF agencies).
