Our property portfolio contains a wide range of real estate options for our wide and diverse client base. We have expanded the nature and scale of Cofinimmo holdings in recent years and are confident that our offering is a premiere option for anyone seeking commercial real estate in our different markets.

Cofinimmo's extensive portfolio of properties is continuing to perform impressively. By the end of June 2011, our consolidated real estate portfolio reached € 3,110.20 million in fair value. About 20% of our portfolio is rented out to public sector organisations, a traditionally stable client base that supports our preference for a low-risk strategy that acknowledges recent global economic conditions.

Proportionately, as per 30.09.2011 offices account for 52.0%, healthcare properties 33.8% and Pubstone contributes 12.8%. The majority of our portfolio is located within Belgium. Those in other countries relate to the healthcare sector in France and to the Dutch Pubstone portfolio.
