Pubstone

At the end of 2007, Cofinimmo acquired the entire portfolio of pubs (823 in Belgium and 245 in the Netherlands) owned by AB InBev and renamed it Pubstone SA. Just as with our healthcare properties, Cofinimmo bears no risk linked to the management of the pubs. This remains the exclusive responsibility of AB InBev, who passes it on to the individual operators.

We take charge of the structural maintenance of the roofs, walls, facades and external woodwork - continually investing in the properties in order to guarantee the success of the portfolio. At 30.06.2010, the Pubstone portfolio consisted of 1,066 properties with a fair value of € 390.2 million.
