Pubstone

At the end of 2007, Cofinimmo acquired the entire portfolio of pubs owned by AB InBev and renamed it Pubstone SA. Just as with our healthcare properties, Cofinimmo bears no risk linked to the management of the pubs. This remains the exclusive responsibility of AB InBev, who passes it on to the individual operators.

We take charge of the structural maintenance of the roofs, walls, facades and external woodwork - continually investing in the properties in order to guarantee the success of the portfolio. At 30.06.2011, the Pubstone portfolio consisted of 1,065 properties with a fair value of € 395.85 million.

Pubstone SA converted on 30.06.2011 to an institutional Sicafi and has since then the same legal obligations and fiscal regime as the public Sicafi Cofinimmo SA.
