Demolition - the final phase
On the side of Rue Joseph II/Jozef II straat, the building above ground has been completely demolished. On the side of Avenue des Arts/Kunstlaan, the façade connexion above the neighbors has been disassembled.

Demolition works have started and the neighbours’ side wall has been anchored.

The preliminary works
The demolitionof the old interior has started on the ground floor and has already progressed well on the higher floors. Everything is well sorted.

We are finally there !
The site is ready for the demolition phase.
Heavy works will start soon, after the delivery of the very last permits.
