La durabilité est ancrée dans l'organisation, comme en témoignent l'application des directives de reporting durabilité telles que GRI, sBPR EPRA et Euronext ESG et les évaluations telles que GRESB, Carbon Disclosure Project, Sustainalytics, MSCI ESG, ISS ESG, S&P Global CSA, Standard Ethics, BREEAM, European Women on Boards, Equileap, Great Place to Work. Cofinimmo est également l'un des principaux émetteurs de SBTi 1.5° C ESG Bond et fait partie du nouvel indice Euronext Bel ESG.
