Villa Batavia

Cofinimmo acquired this 82-bed care facility in Grimbergen in December 2022, with delivery completed in January 2023. The 5,600 m² building offers high-quality care for elderly residents with in need of extensive care. Located in the green periphery of Brussels, it boasts strong energy performance and modern infrastructure. Features include hybrid heating and cooling, solar panels, and EV charging stations. The project was proudly featured on the Z-care TV programme.

Cofinimmo is proud to be featured in the Z-Care report, an initiative by Vlozo (Flemish organisation of private elderly care actors) highlighting private elderly care. The episode, filmed mainly at Villa Batavia in Grimbergen and at Cofinimmo's offices, is broadcast from 4 June 2025 on Kanaal Z and Canal Z, and shared via Roularta's social media channels.
